Surf is knee high this morning. Light wind from the South. Wave forecast calls for possible increase in surf this afternoon through tomorrow. Will see what happens.

Morning Report
Strong S-SE wind 30-41 mph this morning continues to blowout the surf. Surf is overhead but very disorganized. Swell is over 10 feet still. Winds are supposed to drop to 20 mph this afternoon.

Morning Surf Report
Winds are 10-15 mph from east-northeast this morning but will probably increase through the day with storms from Dolly. Nueces County has closed all the beach entrances. Plenty of surf with buoy 42020 showing 13-17 foot swells. Water is up to the dunes.

Morning Surf Report
Small, clean, maybe knee high surf this morning at 6:30 am. Swell has not arrived on North Padre Island yet. Wind is light this morning but is forecasted to increase significantly throughout the day. Middle Gulf buoy and buoy off South Padre Island are showing swells over 9 feet with a period of 10 seconds or greater. Hopefully swell will arrive here by mid-day.

Morning Surf Report
Swells from Dolly are expected to hit our beaches Tuesday. None of the Gulf of Mexico buoys are reflecting swell yet as of this morning however wave models show rapidly increasing seas by this afternoon in the southern Gulf. Forecasts are mixed on how strong winds will be here in Corpus Christi and further North on the Texas coast. This morning the surf is flat, but it looks like it's all about to change!
