Morning Report
Surf is running thigh to waist high and disorganized. Maybe will clean up mid-morning. Wind is from southeast. Should have surf throughout the day that will change with each passing storm. Wave models forecast building east swell for this evening through rest of the week.

Afternoon Surf Report
Surf is still running about waist high and pretty clean. Low tide was around noon and high tide this evening.

Morning Report
Surf is running waist to occasional chest high this morning. Winds are Southeast at the time of this report but have been changing with every thunderstorm that comes through.
Bob Hall has about 30-40 people out and the Volcom contest.
North Side Packery had a small wave away from the jetty but water has covered beach making access difficult.
This should be the start of our surf for the next few days as the wave models show building seas.

Surf is smaller than yesterday. Is pretty much flat this morning, maybe knee high. Wave models are showing surf for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Waist High
Surf has picked up today. Running solid waist high. Steady North to North-East wind should stay on it the whole day. Slight current running North to South but is managable. Forecast is for rain through out the day from Tropical Wave in Gulf.

Surf is only knee high but may be building. The buoys have gone from 1 foot to 3.5 feet overnight. Maybe there will be some surf later today. Wave forecast shows surf 3-4 feet.

desperate. Looks like any swell from Felix is now out of the picture. Landfall was further south than initially forecasted and NHC is showing the storm weakening over land.

Knee high surf that might get a little bigger. Eyes on the tropics for the later part of the week. Felix is forecasted on similar track as Dean. Swell is forecasted to reach us on Friday.

Surf is flat and it is raining. Had heavy rain showers off and on all night here on the island. Gulf of Mexico is like a lake. Water is crystal clear and tempature is in the mid 80's.
